New Mexico Christian Children’s Home (NMCCH)

At NMCCH, we believe that the truest human purpose is to join God in loving others as He would have us love them. Believing in God’s desire for people to be just, to be merciful, walk humbly, and love one another, we strive to help people in need. In a phrase, we stand by the words Jesus spoke when he said, “go and do likewise.

NMCCH was established in 1954 by small, local churches of Christ with the focus of caring for needy children. Since that time, NMCCH has grown to provide services not only for children but other disadvantaged populations. Four ministries are offered at this time, each targeting a person’s age and circumstances. Their services focus on K-12 youth, young adults aged eighteen to twenty-two, single parents and their minor children, and mothers who are pregnant and have no safe living conditions.

NMCCH homes and communities provide a safe place to live, food & clothing, coordinated social services including mental health counseling, spiritual guidance, life coaching, adoption services, and educational & vocational opportunities.

NMCCH upholds the belief that God has a deep, compelling concern for “the poor, the marginalized, the helpless, and the needy.”

You or someone you know may be in need of the help that NMCCH can provide. If you are looking to improve your circumstances and are ready for a life change, reach out to NMCCH.
